This Privacy Policy describes how fakehub.io ("FakeHub", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit and use our website and tools.
1. Information we do NOT collect
The content you create with our generators (chat messages, post text, profile names, uploaded images, etc.) is processed entirely in your browser. We do not upload, store, share or transmit this content to our servers.
2. Information we collect automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location (country/region), device type, browser, operating system and timestamps.
- Technical data — IP address (used for rate-limiting, abuse prevention and analytics; stored in hashed/anonymised form where possible).
- Cookies — see Section 5.
3. Information you provide
- If you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan: email address and (via our payment processor) billing details.
- If you contact us: the contents of your message and your email address.
4. How we use information
- To operate and maintain the site, including rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
- To analyse aggregate traffic and improve the product.
- To process payments and provide customer support for paid users.
- To respond to legal requests, takedown notices and abuse reports.
5. Cookies and tracking
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary — keeping you signed in, preserving your session.
- Analytics — Google Analytics and a self-hosted Umami instance, used to measure aggregate site traffic.
- Advertising — third-party ad networks (which may include Google AdSense) may set cookies to display relevant ads. These networks use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other websites.

6. Third-party services
We rely on the following processors. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics — site analytics.
- Umami — self-hosted privacy-friendly analytics.
- Payment processor — for paid subscriptions, billing data is handled by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers.
- Hosting / CDN provider — serves the site and stores access logs.
- Advertising partners — including Google AdSense, where enabled.
7. Data retention
Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days. Account and billing data is retained for as long as your account is active and afterwards as required by tax and accounting law.
8. Your rights

9. Children
FakeHub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Our infrastructure may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the home page.
